TN [Duo] Insert for Traveler’s Notebook

Overview

The TN [Duo] Insert is made to fit inside your Traveler’s Notebook and help organize the cards, travel documents, receipts, cash, notes, and small paper goods you carry with you.

It is made from 2–3 oz premium vegetable-tanned leather from Himeji, Japan. The leather is heavily re-tanned, professionally skived, and made to last and age beautifully with use.

The TN [Duo] can be used inside your Traveler’s Notebook or on its own as a slim document case in your bag.

Materials & Construction

The TN [Duo] sits between the [Essential] and [Portfolio] in the 1.61 organizer lineup.

It has two main pockets: one open-top pocket for easy access, and one closed-top pocket for a more secure hold.

The open-top side makes it easy to slide contents in and out. The closed-top side is better for items you do not want to lose, or things you use less often.

The Regular Size version includes slots for business cards, credit/debit cards, a passport, boarding passes, cash, receipts, notes, and other flat paper goods.

The Passport Size version has the same Duo pocket idea in a smaller format, made for compact carry inside the Passport Size Traveler’s Notebook.

Each insert is made from premium Himeji leather, a Japanese vegetable-tanned leather that will age and develop character with use. Every piece is made in Tokyo, Japan, at the 1.61 workshop from start to finish.
