Products
All products from 1.61 Soft Goods are designed and handmade in our Tokyo workshop.
Many products are made to order. Please allow at least 2 weeks (business days) for production before shipment. During busy periods, production times may be longer.
Because each item is handmade:
- Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, and appearance may occur.
- Natural leather may contain variations, marks, grain differences, and signs of character.
- Canvas and fabric materials may vary slightly between production batches.
These characteristics are part of the nature of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur depending on your device display, lighting, or material variation.
Product Improvements and Changes
As part of our ongoing product improvement process, 1.61 Soft Goods reserves the right to modify product designs, materials, specifications, colors, or availability without prior notice.
Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed unless required for safety, legal, or production reasons.
Orders and Payment
Orders are considered accepted after payment has been successfully received.
Production will not begin until full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including:
- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Product availability issues
- Shipping restrictions
- Other circumstances where fulfillment is not possible
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be issued through the original payment method.
Pricing and Currency
Prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are displayed in JPY. Final charges may vary depending on currency conversion rates and payment provider processing.
- International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their destination country.
- Japanese residents may be charged applicable consumption tax.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom products are produced specifically for the customer.
Because custom orders are made specifically to customer specifications:
- They cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
- Production begins after payment confirmation.
- Requested customizations must be approved before production begins.
If a custom product arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the issue.
Discounted and Sample Sale Items
Items marked as:

- Final Sale
may have limited availability and are sold under specific conditions.
Unless the item arrives defective or incorrect, these items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
