The Grand General Tote is the deluxe version of the General Tote with elevated features and premium quality leather. Great for proper settings and you can enjoy the aging of leather and hardware. We believe in owning fewer things that are of higher quality, holding onto them for a long time. This bag is great example of that philosophy, as you use it more, the bag ages gracefully with the marks that tell your story.

Paired with Himeji leather, a premium-grade leather that is tanned in Japan. This high quality leather ages beautifully, starting out with a pinkish hue and progressing to a deep saddle tan. The main body is #6 Japanese Hanpu canvas. It is made up of 100% cotton canvas that is thick and durable which is equivalent to 20oz duck canvas. Leather handles are attached with extremely strong and reliable copper rivets which also ages into a nice dark patina. There is a solid cast brass ring for your keys, hand sanitizer, ID badge, pass holder, or to attach a crossbody shoulder strap. The short handle strap is attached on inside of the bag, instead of outside. Keeping the sophisticated look without losing the function. And just like the original, we have 2 outside pockets, one with a YKK brass zipper.
