Before making a purchase please review our policies.

 

Products

All products are made to order, and made by hand. We ask for at least 2 weeks (business days) lead time, in busy season the lead time may be longer. Each product may vary slightly from what is represented on this website. As a continuing policy of product improvement at 1.61 Soft Goods, the design and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Products will not be made until we have received the payment in full.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change, all prices on purchased products are final. 

All prices are represented in US Dollars. 

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. Orders will be charged in USD.

Tax will be charged to Japanese residents.

Refunds & Exchanges

1.61 Soft Goods must be notified within 14 days for a refund, shipping fees can not be refunded.

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product the buyer must pay for return shipping. A refund will only be issued once the product is sent and received in the original condition. We do NOT provide refunds or exchanges for personalized items (including broken or damaged products that was caused by shipping).

If an order is returned to us because the package was unclaimed, or the address provided was incorrect/incomplete the buyer must pay for shipping again or a restocking fee of 15%.

Shipping

Please provide your delivery address and phone number at time of purchase. If you would like your item expedited, we recommend Express Mail shipping, or Yamato Transport. Domestic packages will arrive within 1-3 days and International packages will arrive in 5-10 days (depending on location, and may be delayed due to customs and duties). All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed timelines. For small packet shipping, a reference number can be provided, tracking is not included.  We are not responsible for any lost item or damaged item that are caused by the delivery carrier.  We may change the shipping carrier depending on international affairs and situations.

If your package is unclaimed and returned to us by your local postage carrier, you may need to provide the return postage cost. The buyer is responsible for reshipping fee.

After the period of production time, your order will be shipped by Japan Post or Yamato Transport. Transit time varies depending on your choice of shipping service. Shipping fee is calculated at the checkout. Other shipping options are available by request. All customs taxes and fees are to be paid by the buyer of the item.

After the period of production time, your order will be shipped by Japan Post and should be expected in 1-3 business days.
