We have always been fascinated by what we can accomplish by our hands. The pure joy we experience through getting our own hands dirty and creating, that has always been at the core of our passion for making things.

The HAND Tray was always on the back burner for an idea for a project. We wanted to have a product that showcases the gesture of a helping hand and the beauty of itself. After tinkering with multiple ideas and different directions, we realized that the best way is the literal interpretation of itself. Thus the hand shaped tray, the HAND tray.

Hand cut, hand burnished edges, and hand molded to a curved shape. All hands are unique with slight differences, not one is the same just like our hands :)

BACK STORY:
In 2020, we have witnessed the beautiful gestures of people helping each other despite the pandemic caused hardships. We thought about what we can do to contribute to the world as a small business. So we came up to do it “by hand”, after all that’s what we do the best and the only thing we know how to do. Giving hands, lending hands, bear a hand…we love all the idioms that comes with hands, we couldn’t think of better way to help each other with a literal HAND. The portion of proceeds will go to the charity of our choice, organization/non-profits that drive civic impact. (In honor of Black History Month, we will be donation to ACLU this February)
